How to use the FedCM Demo

Before you can use this demo, you'll need an account on the identity provider. After creating an account, return here and click the sign in button. You should see the browser's popup to consent to share your name, email, and so on with this site. Confirm it to sign in.

After sign-in, all that you can do is sign out! It's like OIDC, except without the cross domain hopping.

The Federated Credentials Management API (or FedCM API) provides a standard mechanism for identity providers (IdPs) to make identity federation services available on the web in a privacy-preserving way, without the need for third-party cookies and redirects. This includes a JavaScript API that enables the use of federated authentication for activities such as signing in or signing up on a website.
